Website
This is very interesting and useful to me. The school where I work has a website that only one person can access totally. She is usually so busy that she cannot respond to e-mail or phone calls. It is very hard to manage. I wish that I could use this kind of website which is totally accessible and useful. I hope to work on this, and convince the school to make changes.

If you are talking about the Weebly website, than I completely agree. I found it very easy to edit and add things to the different pages. It also offered a variety of templates with some cool backgrounds. I will probably use it again in the future.
ReplyDeleteGlad that you've been finding Weebly useful! If you can't get the school to change the website, then maybe you could make a specific one for your classes, so that any information that you want to relay about what's happening could at least get out to your students... It's nice that Weebly can have multiple editors, though, so that function might be a good selling point for the school and for the person who's in charge of the website now so that she doesn't have as much responsibility just on her.
ReplyDeleteThatd be really cool if you could get them to switch over! Like HG said, maybe you could design one for your specific class and maybe if they see its so easy to use and people like it, then they might switch over! I know Im planning on using it in the future, its so simple.
ReplyDeleteThank you for all of your comments. The school does have another mechanism for the publicizing of information, but again, I do not like it as well as the Weebly site. Weebly is so easily colorful!
